SIHA is a branch of the World Subud Association (WSA) executive team.
At this time, the structure and administration are the result of our volunteer Steering Committee:

Maxwell was a member of the first SIHA steering committee that was formed at the time of the Anugraha World Congress in 1983. Later, when SIHA was reinstated at the Spokane World Congress in 1998 he joined the steering committee which he continued to serve on until he was appointed as the chair of the WSA Executive in 2010. He is in private osteopathic practice in Canberra Australia.
Ann O. Padilla DNP, ANP, PMHNP, ARNP

Dr. Padilla holds several graduate degrees through University of Washington, in Seattle. She is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, and has dual certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She initially trained in primary care as an Adult/Older Adult Nurse Practitioner, and later returned to graduate school to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. From 2010-2014, Dr. Padilla worked in primary and palliative care at two local Seattle hospitals. For the past two years, she has been working in the field of psychiatry for a private company, serving Community Mental Health clients in Snohomish and Skagit counties. Dr. Padilla is currently on the SICA board, where she collaborates with other board members to further the cause of SICA and SIHA in the world.
Manouela Sofianopoulou Davo, Bsc, MOst, DO, ND

Manouela originally studied Physiotherapy and trained as a Pilates Instructor. She then went on to qualify as an Osteopath and Naturopath. Her approach to health and disease in based on a holistic and dynamic view of the person, their nature, the way they function and their lifestyle and environment where all levels (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) have to be considered to improve our well being. She has been involved in SIHA since the Puebla World congress in 2014 and wishes to see Subud practitioners uniting and developing Bapak’s vision of SIHA together.
