SIHA At Subud Gatherings

The Subud International Health Association hopes to offer a range of health and well-being related activities for all Subud sisters and brothers present at any gathering.

SIHA pledges to focus on the Latihan and on the guidance of Bapak as the inspiration of its' actions.  Therefore, SIHA will not offer any activities that aim to speed up the growth of our souls or that offer an alternative for the Latihan.

Bapak never forbade Subud members to practice or teach any method they pleased, but warned against mixing different spiritual practices with the Latihan.  SIHA wants to respect the miracle of the Latihan and the warning of Bapak and therefore restrains from including those teachings and practices in its' programmes during Subud Gatherings
