Elsa lives in Germany and for over 30 years has worked as a Psychotherapist and Business Consultant which has taken her to many countries to help those experiencing conflicts (personally and at work). She is an exceptional Team Group Facilitator.

Introducing Anita, from Austria who has worked as a nurse for 33 years and as a Tellington Touch Practitioner since 2016. She will be sharing some simple TTouch self-help techniques for physical, emotional and mental wellbeing; restoring balance, reducing pain, fear and stress. It works for panic attacks and shock by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Please join us for this stimulating evening of sharing. There is also the regular short get-together at 17.45, followed by the monthly SIHA latihan: 18.00 - 18.30 open to all!
