Elsa lives in Germany and for over 30 years has worked as a Psychotherapist and Business Consultant which has taken her to many countries to help those experiencing conflicts (personally and at work). She is an exceptional Team Group Facilitator.
She has a master’s in psychology, as well as Anthroposophical Art Therapy. She is a qualified NLP and Systemic Structural Constellation practitioner, in addition to founding the Institute for Humanism, Work & Psychology in Bonn.
Mother of two boys, she loves hiking with her dogs and taking her motorbike out for a spin!
SOLVING CONFLICTS;
Ibu Rahayu is always telling us to please solve your conflicts. In this workshop we will discuss key details, structures and approaches of Solution Focused conflict solving in a lively and practical way.
Elsa’s extensive experience both in working with organisations and coaching utilising this approach, will enable you to develop ideas for transferring what has been discussed to your own life. You will look at your own conflicts to find a variety of solutions.
