SIHA Kejiwaan Zoom on "Exhaustion & Fatigue"
On 21st September 2025 SIHA offered a Kejiwaan Zoom with International Helper's support. After a short brainstorming introduction into the the different types of exhaustion, typical indicators, causes and preventative measures the following questions were tested:
How do I recognize exhaustion in myself?
What is my current state of exhaustion?
What affect does constant worry have on my mind and my body?
How would God have me trust my inner guidance to keep my balance in my outer life?
How does our Latihan help us to find balance in our outer lives in times of worry or stress?
Receive in your Latihan the movement that will keep you healthy and give you inner light?
